AMBRA 琥珀 100ML

琥珀是一塊石頭，一種固體樹脂，不可以從中提取香味。 雖然琥珀確實是一種樹脂化石，但這種美麗的金黃色石頭沒有氣味。 它只是用來製作項鍊、手鐲、手杖上衣。 調香師使用的琥珀是混合了兩種材料：香草和勞丹脂，一種不同的樹脂。 為所謂的東方香水奠定了基礎。

這個神奇的組合，添加一些重要或稀有成分，如地中海草花、零陵香豆，當然還有佛手柑，一種來自卡拉布里亞的水果。

Enveloping Spicy Amber 

I imagine you thought amber was a stone, a solid resin, from which you extract a fragrance. Not at all! While amber is indeed a fossilised resin, this beautiful golden yellow stone has no scent. It is simply used to make necklaces, bracelets, cane tops — sometimes containing bugs that inspire horror films and scare my little girl to tears. The amber used by perfumers is a combination of two materials: vanilla and labdanum, a different resin. The inventor of this feminine- masculine duo remains a mystery, but he or she laid the foundations for what are known as the Oriental fragrances. 

Here I play on this theme, this magical combination, adding little hints of important or rare ingredients, like Mediterranean strawflower, tonka and, of course, bergamot, a fruit from Calabria. 

 

 

Jean-Claude Ellena is considered to be one of the greatest perfumers in the world. He has been leaving his mark on the landscape of French Haute Parfumerie for more than fifty years. After occupying a position as the exclusive, in-house perfumer at Hermès, he is now the Olfactive Creation Director at Le Couvent Maison de Parfum.
